YOU ARE MY BUDDY!

I have a hard time staying focused.  Especially when it comes to doing school work.  Even more especially when it comes to writing paper.  Why can't I just sit down and do what I need to do?  I don't seem to be having much trouble writing this silly blog?  Does any one know how I can channel the energy I use writing blogs and surfing the internet and eating snacks and going to the bathroom and changing clothes and pacing and petting mr. pants and listening to music and feeling stupid for not being able to sit down and write a paper and drinking coffee and trimming my mustache and playing guitar and writing emails into just writing a paper?  Any tips you have would be great.
